东海村是福建省福州市长乐区文武砂街道下辖的行政村，位于街道东部，紧邻东湖湿地公园，原为海边渔村[1][2]。

地名与沿革[edit]

东海村原为东山大队，属江田公社，后划入文武砂公社。1984年东山一分为二，东海与东岱各设村委会，东海村以陈姓为主[1]。村名取自村庄靠近海边的地理位置[1]。

村民祖辈多以耕种、浅海捕捞和滩涂养殖为生[2]。20世纪60年代，村民抗风治沙、植树造林，把沙地改造为绿地和良田[1]。

荣誉[edit]

村庄先后获评福州市文明村镇（2018年）和福州市先进基层党组织（2019年）[2]。在2022年10月，东海村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」[1]。
