东湖村是浙江省杭州市萧山区瓜沥镇下辖的行政村，位于瓜沥镇东片的最南段，地处钱塘江南岸。村内有湖，村名由此而来。[1][2]

据区政府网站2022年发布的村概况，全村有388户、1412人，设10个村民小组，村域面积约1.6平方千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村民多姓汪，其先祖在南宋初年从宁波一带迁入，此后聚居繁衍，形成村落。[2]

1949年5月后，村地属团结乡第7组。农业合作化时设团结农业生产合作社，人民公社化后称团结一大队；1962年改称东湖大队，1984年改设村民委员会，隶属昭东乡。1992年起称瓜沥镇东湖村。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年12月，东湖村获评2021年浙江省卫生村。[2]
