下杨村是双浦镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西南部，西靠灵山风景区，北面以灵龙路为界。下辖三个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建国初属杭县云泉乡。1956年组成周浦乡社井农业社，1958年归上泗公社社井管理区，1961年称周浦公社下羊大队，1984年改设下杨行政村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

村于2018年12月获「2018年浙江省3A级景区村庄」称号。2023年3月，村入选「浙江省第三批未来乡村创建村」名单；2024年1月，又入选「浙江省第三批省级未来乡村」名单。[1]
