和睦社区是杭州市拱墅区和睦街道下辖的社区，2001年2月由和睦、李家桥、樟树、乡邻、和新这五个居民区合并而成。社区位于城郊结合部，据博雅地名网，辖区有住户3556户，总人口9757人，老年人约占24%。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

社区名称沿用辖区内的和睦新村，地名至今未变。[1]

概况[edit]

社区内的小区建于上世纪80年代初，占地约0.32平方千米，有54幢楼房。辖区内有一处1.05公顷的公园，周围有中学、小学、幼儿园、和睦医院以及一百余家餐饮店和商铺。[2]

社区推行「和睦人家」居民自治管理服务模式，名为「4152」。社区另有环保教育基地「生态实践园」，以及一处「生态健康型」养老中心，这里有文化活动、理疗和膳食等项目。小区内原有的李家桥臭水河经治理，已成为景观水体。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2021年8月，和睦社区被国家卫生健康委老龄司列为「2021年全国示范性老年友好型社区」。2023年6月，社区入选「首批浙江省现代社区」名单；2023年7月，被命名为「浙江省“红色根脉”强基（基层党建）示范村（社区）」；2024年1月，入选「浙江省2023年度省级“民主法治村（社区）”」名单。[1][2]
