历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：村内有一条小溪，溪两旁长满樟树，故名樟溪。[3]
1958年为樟溪大队，1983年改设樟溪乡，1987年为樟溪管理区。1999年，樟溪村委会由县政府批准设立，名称沿用至今。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
县级的「第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物补充名录」在半江镇只收录了本村新田小组的一处：清代古建筑「樟溪村新田屋」，未定级，列为第73项。[4]
