九树村是紫金县瓦溪镇的行政村，2003年原九树镇并入瓦溪镇后归其管理，2026年3月被认定为省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
地名由来[edit]
传说九树圩下角曾有一棵古榕，分出九枝大树丫，简称九树。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
九树在1958年叫九树大队，属九和公社；1961年另设九树公社。其后经乡（1983年）、村委会（1987年）、管理区（1989年）几变，1999年撤管理区、复设村委会。2003年，九树镇并进瓦溪镇，这一建制沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
省爱卫会于2023年5月授予九树村2022年度广东省卫生村称号；2026年3月，九树又被认定为省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
