历史沿革[edit]
1949年后石塔属水唇区的塔峰乡，1958年组成塔峰大队，1975年另立大队；1984年3月有了石塔乡政府，之后依次是村民委员会（1986年）、管理区（1990年），1999年定为现名。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
耕地21.2公顷，208户1033人；青梅种植3000多亩，2009年人均纯收入4592元。[1] 2019年9月，石塔村进了民主法治示范村（社区）创建名单；2021年9月，它又因茶叶位列省第二批“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村。[1]
南慈庵[edit]
南慈庵在茅坪自然村，据当地人说始建于明代，具体年份未考，1998年重修，是附近信众的朝拜处。[3]
