历史沿革[edit]
原称北坑，也叫「岩南」，1961年取「林茂粮丰」之意改名南丰。1958年秋为小北坑生产大队，1961年改名南丰大队，1993年为岩上镇南丰村，2004年岩上镇并入西河镇后归西河镇。[1]
