上黄砂村是广东省梅州市大埔县西河镇辖下的行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这里过去水土流失严重，到处是黄砂泥石，与下黄砂合称黄砂片，因在漳溪河上游，取名上黄砂。明代属漳溪社黄砂村，清代属保安甲，1958年设上黄砂乡，1998年起改设村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
寅弼楼是清代建筑，为大埔县第十二批文物保护单位。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年3月，上黄砂村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
