坪山村是广东省梅州市大埔县大东镇的一个行政村，在大东镇北部。全村辖12个村民小组，416户1724人，总面积6210.3亩，耕地1092亩，乡村旅游是村里的特色收入。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

地势较平坦，古时水口建有“坪山拱峙”塔，村因此得名。博雅地名网载，元朝以前温姓人从今百侯镇南山迁来建村。清康熙年间隶属潮州府海阳县，民国时称平山保。1952年坪山、三坤、家荣合为百侯区坪山乡，1958年成为百侯公社坪山大队，1961年划归大东公社，家荣、三坤同年另立大队。其后1983年改乡，1986年起称村，1988年称管理区，1998年成立村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉与文化[edit]

2019年6月，坪山村名列中国传统村落第五批名单。[1]村里的坪山梯田据百度百科记载始建于元末、完工于清初，现为国家3A级旅游景区；[2]清代的坪山大夫第（储贤堂）是大埔县文物保护单位。[1]村里还辟有油菜花观赏区。[1]
