花石村是广东省肇庆市怀集县梁村镇辖下的行政村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会驻地花石村，处在石山群中的花石一带，故以此为名。[3]
花石村在1950年与石矮、洊水、永红同属花石乡；1956年分出，成立先锋高级社，其后名称依次为先锋大队（1958年）、先锋乡（1983年8月）、先锋村委会（1987年）、花石管理区（1989年），1998年起为花石村民委员会。[2]
人口与经济[edit]
位于镇域西部，距梁村圩约3公里，省道S349经过村境，「花石洞天」的十三座石峰就在村内；下设16个村民小组，1511户、7501人（村情资料，未标年份）；水田3360亩，旱地130亩，出产蔬菜、水稻和龙眼，2008年建有省级卫生村1个。[1]
