历史沿革[edit]
人民公社化之前隶属石骨乡大垌高级社；1958年划归上游公社横地区；1960年权力下放，归长坡公社；1961年将塘坑片分立，立塘坑大队。1983年起称乡，1986年称农村管理区，1999年后为村民委员会。[1]
