历史沿革[edit]
红莳棚的前身是南洪。1950年设南洪乡，1953年办初级社，1955年办高级社，1958年乡撤销，改设大队；自1978年起为南洪大队，1983年为村委会，1989年为管理区，1999年定名南洪村民委员会。2016年，南洪一分为三，红莳棚、红莳地、艾仔寮各成一个村民委员会。[1]
