东门社区是广东省汕头市潮阳区海门镇下辖的社区。社区位于古海门城内的东面，故名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
海门刚解放时按片区划分，东门归第二片区，土地改革时编入第二大队。1982年办事处拆分，东门居委会成立；1988年改叫管理区，1999年再改回居委会，沿用至今。[1]
人口经济[edit]
据博雅地名网，社区共1018户、5234人，耕地203亩；集体经济2013年收入22万元，农民人均年收入为5275元。2024年4月，东门社区进入广东省首批乡村振兴示范村的创建名单。[1]
