桂花社区是深圳市龙华区观澜街道的社区，位于街道中部，南面与新澜社区相接，北面是桂香社区。[1] 社区设桂花居委会，管辖贵湖塘、赤花岭、放马埔、新石桥4个居民小组。[1] 清代客家围屋贵湖塘老围就在社区内。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
桂花原是村，2002年12月桂花村民委员会改为桂花居民委员会；2008年依深圳市的社区工作改革成立社区工作站。[1] 2017年5月，原桂花社区一分为二，北部分出桂香社区，桂花社区的党委在同年7月成立。[1][3]
经济[edit]
社区下设1家一级股份合作公司和贵湖塘、赤花岭、放马铺、新石桥4家二级公司，厂房、宿舍、商铺等物业合计约24万平方米，收入以出租为主。[1] 辖区有第六工业区、桂花工业区、杜鹃工业园和美泰科技园，工厂约270家，电子制造业最多，有95家。[1] 上述数字取自2017年分设后的社区资料，社区总面积2.7平方千米，当时共有人口40982人，户籍的有1265人。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
贵湖塘老围是陈氏客家围屋，始建于清乾隆年间，有房屋50栋、房间136间，用地18130平方米，设祠堂、书室、围门和炮楼各一座，是龙华区的区级文物保护单位。[2][4] 2025年5月修缮后对外开放，同年底成为深圳市首批银发经济产业园之一。[2]
