历史沿革[edit]
岗头社区工作站2006年12月26日挂牌，2010年4月起社区党委与股份合作公司分开运作，形成以党委为核心的多方共治格局。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
社区东邻坂雪岗大道，南接稼先路，西面与清湖村相连，北靠坂澜大道。[1]博雅地名网另记其北倚岗头水库，水库山上立有烈士纪念牌；该页写的辖区面积为5.7平方公里，与政府网站所载的约4平方公里不一致，此处两说并存。[2]
经济[edit]
辖区内有天安云谷、康冠、中控、宝能科技园等企业和园区，区内的学校有广东实验中学深圳学校、深圳外国语湾区学校和宝岗小学。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
中围路2号的陈氏宗祠占地约200平方米，建于清代，民国时重修。1941年1月杨德元到岗头村宣传抗日，一个月内发展出第一批党员，成立中共岗头支部；同年春，布吉乡抗日民主政府设于该祠，曾鸿文任乡长。乡政府借款修复了岗头村大阪田河堤，使两百多亩农田重新得到灌溉。[3]
