东晓社区在深圳市罗湖区东晓街道北部，范围东起东晓北路，西到东盛路，南抵布心路，北沿二线路经金稻田路到罗湖看守所，面积约0.9平方公里。社区因辖区内的东晓花园得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
辖区在1984年随翠竹街道设立而有了翠心居委会，1989年1月该居委会改名东晓；2002年3月改设东晓社区居委会，次年东晓街道成立，社区划入其下。[1]

博雅地名网所载资料（未注明年份）称，社区有9272户、30290人，其中户籍人口1509人；辖区约有企事业单位293家、门店426家，设物业管理处26个。社区兼有居民住宅小区和工业小区。[1]
东晓花园[edit]
东晓花园在布心路2001号，是1987年中国土地使用权首次公开拍卖取得地块后建成的住宅区，由深房公司开发，占地约8588平方米，建筑面积36860平方米。[2]

东晓社区在2022年8月入选第二批深圳市绿色（宜居）社区名单。[1]
