梅岭村是广东省韶关市南雄市珠玑镇西北部的行政村，距镇政府约25公里，下设14个自然村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名纪念秦代梅鋗越岭到南雄、征伐南越国之事。[1]
1949年设梅岭农会，其后经初级社、高级社；1961年红梅、梅岭合并为梅岭大队；1983年改乡，1988年改管理区，1998年12月撤区设村民委员会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
据博雅地名网所载村情（未注明年份），全村489户、总人口2066人，耕地1300亩，林地12000亩。收入以外出务工、养殖家禽、种植果树、水稻、辣椒、甜玉米和竹为主，2010年劳务输出约800人。[1]

梅关古道景区在梅岭村，古道地跨粤赣两省，相传唐开元四年（716年）张九龄奉诏开凿，2013年列入第七批全国重点文物保护单位；陈毅曾在梅岭一带坚持游击战争，写下《梅岭三章》。[3]详见珠玑镇条目。百度百科记该村人口8000人，与博雅地名网所载2066人相差甚远，此处不取。[2]
