百罗村属南雄市界址镇，下设8个村民小组，是雄信高速在镇内的出口所在。^[2]村里种脐橙，2021年被评为广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，2026年3月又获认定为第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。^[1]

地名由来[edit]

博雅地名网记述：解放前村里有户富人，拥有一块12.5亩的田，当地话把这个面积叫作一百萝，「百罗」是它的谐音。^[1]

百罗于1949年成立农会，1955年、1956年先后转为初级社和高级社，1958年10月称大队，1988年称管理区，1998年建村，设村民委员会。1983年至1988年间，它曾与界址合并为界址乡。^[1]

博雅地名网载有约2009年前后的数据：258户，耕地880亩，种稻为主，集体经济有山塘。广东省农业农村厅2021年9月公布的第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单中，百罗村以脐橙上榜。^[1]
