历史沿革[edit]
村以镇名为名，镇名来自逢一、六日赶墟。[1]建国之初称一六乡；1958年改为一六大队，1983年一度设乡政府，1986年起为村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年恢复村委会，延续至今。[1]
经济[edit]
耕地3351亩，旱地811亩，水田2540亩；另有林地4284亩。种植以水稻、花生为主，黄烟、蔬菜为辅。[1]据百度百科，村里还种植灵芝、赤松茸等食用菌，出产油茶和米酒；2023年建成设有8000平方米交易场地的新农贸市场，实施百千万工程后又建起食用菌加工厂和冷库，带动就业100余人。[2]
