龙集村是铁龙镇的行政村，名称源于1958年设立的龙集大队。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年集体化时，铁龙取自己的「龙」字，配「集体化」的「集」字，成立龙集大队。改革开放后改称龙集管理区，1993年改称龙集村；2004年铁龙撤镇改场，一度称龙集工区；2019年重设铁龙镇，成立龙集村村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年5月，龙集村被命名为韶关市2020年市级「民主法治村（社区）」；2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予2021年广东省卫生村称号；2023年4月公布的创建名单中，有该村，项目为2022年度广东省乡村治理示范村。[1]
