茶园山瑶族村是韶关市曲江区枫湾镇东北部的行政村，距镇区32公里，是枫湾镇唯一的少数民族村，辖4个自然村[1]。

全村70户、303人，主要为瑶族。村民靠种植毛竹为生，万亩毛竹的收入占村民经济收入的八成以上[1]。
荣誉[edit]
2022年1月，被广东省乡村振兴局确定为「2021年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」[1]。
