历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村西有一块天然的白色尖石，形如蜡烛，因而叫“腊石”。村建于约八百年前，2004年成立浈江区腊石村委会[1]。1955年以前，这里曾是曲江县的腊石乡，后划入周田区[4]。
人口民族[edit]
村辖塘头、冲尾村、黄屋、钟屋、小门头、学前六个自然村，主要语言为本城话。2004年全村975人，耕地1180亩，山林7000亩[1][2]。
经济[edit]
村民历来务农，兼营林业，种水稻、花生、红瓜子和黄豆。1993年后改种蔬菜，又新发展笋竹；利用地下煤炭，村里曾开办三条煤矿。2004年工农业总产值250万元。镇里规划的油菜花基地和微生态循环农业项目设在这里[1][3]。
