乌坭浪在汤坑社区，离街道办事处约4千米，旁边是茜坑村和沙湖社区的新屋村。立村的是陈姓，建村年代不详。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名来自村里黑色的泥土，加上当年种了许多松柏，旧称松柏浪。[1]
2003年坪山河整治，老村在拆迁范围内；村民2004年集体搬出，住进汤坑同裕路22号的统建楼，另有一部分住汤坑新村。到2015年，老村已荒废。[1]

地处坪山盆地，坪山河从村南流过。[1]
