早年此地属郁南县第八区，境内设有木格堡与中安堡。1957年归属罗定后，村名一度改称扶合，此后复用中安之名。2026年1月，该村获评「广东省第二批百千万工程典型村」。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化时，此地设扶合生产大队，划入加益公社；1961年另设扶合公社，并组建中安大队。[2]

1983年改为扶合乡，归扶合区管辖；1986年撤乡后成立扶合村委会，因与镇名相同，同年改名中安；1989年改为管理区，1999年才恢复村委会之名。[2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

蓝氏始祖迁到此地落户，形成村中最早的村落，之后李、肖等姓陆续迁入。全村现有蓝、李、肖、许、陈、黄共6姓，最大姓蓝，占60%。[2]
