蒲垌村是连州镇的一个行政村，村名原称「抱垌」，因村处群山环抱之中，取「抱」字的谐音改为「蒲」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年公社化后，蒲垌归连州公社平云大队。1961年，蒲垌从平云大队划出，另设大队。1983年改为蒲垌乡，归连州区；1986年改为村民委员会，1989年5月设管理区，1998年9月恢复村委会。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

蒲垌自然生态旅游区就在本村境内，距罗定市区约38公里，以山水、梯田和山寨式民居为主要景观。[3]

文化[edit]

2020年8月，蒲垌村列入广东省首批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为肉桂。[1]
