榃升村是连州镇的一个行政村，村委会驻地在榃升。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1543年，覃氏始祖由外地迁入，形成村委最早的村落；之后黄、谭等姓族人陆续迁入。[2]

解放前此地属罗定县一区的万车乡；1950年划入罗定县七区的乐善乡。1958年公社化后归连州公社的万车生产大队。1961年，新设的万车公社在此分设三个大队，1963年并入连州公社，又合为榃升大队。1983年改为榃升乡，1986年11月改为村民委员会，1989年5月设管理区，1998年9月恢复村委会。[2]

2019年9月，本村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
