山垌村是广东省云浮市罗定市船步镇的一个行政村，村名源于村委会的原驻地。村境内的山垌水库始建于1964年。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

约于清嘉庆二十年立村，属罗定州一都开阳乡。清末至1931年间属罗定县第二区船步团，1931年至1941年隶属第二区镇南乡。[2]

1961年6月设山垌生产大队，1983年8月改设山垌乡，1986年11月改设山垌村民委员会，1989年设管理区，1998年重新设立村委会，沿用至今。[2]

1964年，山垌水库开始修建，村委会驻地随之迁往黄京坑，名称却保留不变。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

山垌水库在山垌村境内，1964年8月开工，1969年10月投入运行，集雨面积47.2平方千米，总库容1630万立方米，管理单位是罗定市水务局。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，山垌村列名于广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2019年10月，山垌村被收入2019年广东省卫生村名录。[1]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会把「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予山垌村，涉及的是石坑村和禾荚塘村，旧炉督村与鸡公炉村，虎爪村、大塘村两村，黄京坑村和长脊岭村。[1]
