石牌村位于分界镇境内，是一个村庄。明代此地属泷水县二都，清朝时设立石牌村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

清朝设石牌村时，隶属罗定州二都顺仁乡。1910年至1931年，村地属罗定县第三区分界团的朗心堡；1932年至1949年，改属第三区的分界乡[2]。

新中国成立后，从1950年5月起石牌改属罗定县第一区的分界乡。1958年2至8月属分界乡的分界合作社；同年9月另设石牌生产大队，归罗镜公社；1961年6月起，改由分界公社管辖，直至1983年7月[2]。

1983年8月，大队改为石牌乡，归分界区；1986年11月乡制取消，改设石牌村民委员会。1989年5月又改为石牌管理区，隶属分界镇。1993年获评革命老区。1998年9月，管理区撤销，石牌村委会重新设立，沿用至今[2]。
