冲丽村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属村庄类型。1980年，村民认为原名“冲便”二字不够雅，改名冲丽，取山埇（与“冲”谐音）十分美丽之意。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明末清初设冲便村，属西宁县常静都；民国时曾归郁南县第二区榃滨乡、中良乡。1958年改隶罗定，1961年设新乐公社。1980年前后改名冲丽乡，1998年撤区后改设村民委员会，属新乐镇；2003年10月新乐镇撤销，村并入附城街道。[2]
荣誉[edit]
1993年，本村被评为革命老区。2019年9月，本村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[2]
