丰盛村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村名原作“枫城”，取枫树与古城两地各一字合并而成，后改称丰盛。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

陈姓始祖从外地迁来落户，此后罗、赖、张、林、崔、梁、王、肖、刘等姓陆续迁入，现村中有10姓，陈姓人数最多。[2]

清初建村，名丰盛，属西宁县；解放后归郁南县榃滨区，1958年改隶罗定。1998年起隶属附城街道，改设村民委员会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2017年9月，村入选住建部公布的「2017年改善农村人居环境示范村」，列为环境整治示范村。2020年12月，村列入「2020年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2021年9月，入选「第二批全国乡村治理示范村」。2021年12月，获「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。2023年1月，经司法部、民政部命名为「第九批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」。2025年3月，获「第七届全国文明村镇」称号。2026年1月，获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
