罗溪村是附城街道下辖的行政村，属城乡结合区。村名由辖内罗锦、三溪两村各取一字而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

罗氏始祖于明清时期从南雄迁到新安堡一带落户，此后张、邹、陈、箫、蔡、黄、朱、邓等姓先后迁入，现村中有8姓，罗姓居多。[2]

清代设罗溪村，属西宁县；解放后归郁南县榃滨区，1958年改隶罗定。1998年起撤区，村改为村民委员会，隶附城街道。[2]
