历史沿革[edit]
清代此处为石围堡，属城南乡。民国时称宗昌乡，隶属一区附城团。1950年后改称石围乡，归五区管辖；1958年公社化时成立石围大队，属罗城公社，后于1963年改隶附城公社，1983年归附城区管辖[1]。
1988年4月，石围村委会由文塔镇（即附城）改隶罗城镇，改为居委会。1989年改为管理区，属罗城镇；1998年撤管理区，村委会名称恢复；2002年3月定名为石围（社区）居民委员会[1]。
文化[edit]
楼脚民居位于楼脚，明末清初建筑，一路四进，面积485平方米，墙体为水磨青砖、麻石脚，第四进原为三层炮楼[1]。
平田祠原建于明代，清代有修葺，1998年曾重修，前有重建的牌坊[1]。
