内翰村是历洞镇下辖的行政村，下辖大冲、上冲、新承、迳口、井边、栗子根与白木等自然村。[1]

村名取“翰林”之义，因清代村中文人辈出，俗称内翰。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1578年，莫氏先人自肇庆府高要县迁入，几经迁徙后定居新承。此后陶、邱、唐、范、罗、陈等姓相继迁入，莫姓占全村71%。[2][3]

民国时属七区裕义乡，建国后设为内翰行政村。1958年并入东风人民公社，设内翰生产大队；1983年改设乡人民政府，1987年村委会取代之，1989年又成管理区，1999年才复为村委会。[3]

1944年9月，广州的私立教忠中学和知用中学为避战乱，曾迁至村中办学。[1]

革命烈士纪念碑[edit]

村内建有革命烈士纪念碑。2023年9月，镇里组织祭扫历洞村和内翰村的烈士纪念碑。[4]
