历洞社区是历洞镇下辖的社区，位于镇中心区，居委会驻地在历洞圩，社区因此得名。[2]

1997年，此处设立居民委员会；2001年改制为社区居委会；2005年首次选出社区居民委员会，名称沿用至今。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1995年镇区开发时，谢、莫、林三姓先后在此购地建房，此后谭、范、陶等姓陆续迁入。[2]
