大历村的村名与旧地名“大历口”有关，“大历口”后简称为“历口”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
移居者有曾、郭、张、陈、彭等姓。大历生产大队于1958年设立；1983年改为小乡，1987年转为村委会，1989年成为管理区，1999年又称村委会。[2]
建国前归历源乡管辖，建国初属第二区的大历行政村，1957年划入河东乡，1958年隶属东方红人民公社的罗旁管理区，1986年归罗旁区公所，1987年由罗旁人民政府管辖，2003年9月起归建城镇人民政府。[2]
