云河村是东成镇的行政村，村名取自村前有河环绕的聚落环境。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1949年至1950年8月，云河一带以东和乡之名属新兴县第二区；1952年12月改名联和乡，仍在二区；1955年6月设云河乡，划入稔村区。1958年2月属东成乡人民委员会，同年11月称云河大队，归稔村公社；1961年划归东成公社，1963年又归稔村公社，1964年5月起复属东成公社云河大队。1983年11月改设云河乡，1986年11月属东成镇，设云河管理区，下辖8个经济社。1999年改为云河村民委员会，设8个村民小组。[2]
2021年9月，云河村入选广东省农业农村厅公布的第二批「广东省一村一品、一镇一业专业村」名单，产业为丝苗米。2019年9月，云河村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
