历史沿革[edit]
1949年11月归洞口片区第六区管辖；1956年春设初级农业合作社，1957年改组为高级社；1958年9月并入红旗人民公社，设布坪大队；1978年3月归洞口公社，仍为布坪大队；1983年8月设洞口区公所，改称布坪乡；1987年3月设洞口镇人民政府，改为布坪管理区；1999年改为布坪村村民委员会。2019年9月，村列入2018年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1][2]
