燎原村位于石城镇偏东部，距云城约12公里，324国道横穿村境，是镇下辖的一个行政村。[1][2] 村内辖10个自然村，1983年撤社改区后设燎原乡人民政府，1986年改为燎原村委会，2003年起由石城镇管辖。[2]

燎原村位于石城镇偏东部，距云城约12公里，324国道横穿村境，另有小株线连接南盛镇。[1]

产业[edit]

村内依托交通开设了大江山、坑仔头石材工业区，农业以南盛沙糖桔等为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放后属一区茶洞乡，1961年3月划入茶洞人民公社，1966年改称燎原大队。[2]

1983年撤社改区，这里改设燎原乡人民政府；1986年茶洞镇设立后，此处改为燎原村委会，1989年又成为燎原管理区。[2]

2003年两镇合并，燎原村委会改归石城镇管辖。[2]
