石城镇是广东省云浮市云安区下辖的镇，位于云安区中部，镇政府驻托洞圩。[3][5] 镇域由原茶洞镇与托洞镇于2003年合并设立，石材加工是镇内的重要产业，托洞腐竹、迳心茶和擂茶粥是主要特产，2025年被定为农业类的专业镇。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清同治年间，今镇域内设有留洞堡和茶洞堡，光绪二十三年（1897年）又增设托洞堡，民国十五年（1926年）堡改为乡。[4] 1950年分设托洞乡和茶洞乡；1958年，托洞乡与富林乡合并成立云雾山人民公社，茶洞乡并入云城镇，组成东方红人民公社；1961年分设托洞、茶洞两个人民公社。[4]

1983年，托洞、茶洞两地各设一个区；1986年10月，托洞乡与茶洞镇分别设立；1992年10月，托洞乡改为托洞镇。1994年云浮设立地级市后，两镇归云城区管辖；1996年1月成立云安县，两镇改属云安县。[4]

2003年8月，广东省民政厅批准将托洞镇与茶洞镇合并，设立石城镇，同年12月2日正式挂牌运作。[1][3][4] 2014年9月云安撤县设区，石城镇改由云安区管辖。[4]

据博雅地名网所载，镇名与沿国道324线两侧石材加工企业集中有关。[2]

石城镇位于云安区中部。镇域面积，镇政府简介称181.8平方千米，博雅地名网则作181.1平方千米。[1][2] 国道324线贯穿全镇，全长30公里。[1]

人口[edit]

据2025年12月发布的镇政府简介，按户籍计算全镇为5.59万人，常住的则为3.68万人。[1] 博雅地名网载，第七次全国人口普查结果显示人口数量为3.72万人。[2]

经济[edit]

石材加工是镇内的重要产业，沿国道形成石材工业长廊，镇内建有肉牛省级现代农业产业园。[1] 在农业产业强镇的建设安排里，石城镇于2020年5月获得列入。[2]

托洞腐竹以大云雾山下的黄豆或小青豆为原料，2012年6月21日经原国家质检总局批准为地理标志产品。[6] 迳心茶有400多年的种植历史，是镇内的特色茶叶。[1]

2025年，石城镇在「广东省第三批百千万工程专业镇建设名单」中被列为农业专业镇。[1][2]

文化[edit]

擂茶粥以山茶叶研磨成粉后与白粥调配，制作时用陶制擂钵和山苍子木棒。据百度百科，擂茶粥起源于云安区石城镇茶洞村。[7]

擂茶粥制作技艺的非遗名录，各方记载不一：镇政府简介把它归入「广东省第八批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录扩展项目名录」；百度百科则记其2017年（另一说2018年）入选「广东省第七批非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录」，2022年升为省级扩展项目。[1][7]
