石坳大队于1958年组建，1983年划归石坳乡，1986年改设石坳村委会，1989年称石坳管理区，1999年村委会名称恢复。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，石坳村列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

2020年12月，石坳村获「2020年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
