南乡村是广东省云浮市云安区六都镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西南部。[1]

村名来自村委会所在的方位，村委会位于六都镇西南部、偏于南。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村在1954年仍为生产大队，当时办起初级农业生产合作社；1956年转为高级社；1958年并入六都人民公社。此后，1983年先改设南乡乡，1986年起为南乡村民委员会，1989年成为南乡管理区，1999年又恢复南乡村民委员会的名称。[1]

2019年9月，南乡村入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

大营位于南乡村，村内有龙崖陈公祠与兵营围墙，两者都是明代建筑，建于明万历四年（1576年）。[3]

区政府的记载称，南乡村委潘屋村的潘耀芳、范桂霞旧居已获评「区级爱国主义教育基地」。[2]
