罗沙村位于云城街道辖区内，行政建制始于1952年设立的罗沙乡。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1952年设罗沙乡，隶属附城乡；1954年成立罗沙高级农业生产合作社，1958年8月起隶属附城乡，同年10月设罗沙生产大队，隶属附城人民公社。1983年改称罗沙乡，隶属附城区公所；1986年改为罗沙村委会，1989年改为罗沙管理区，1994年划归云城街道，1999年改称罗沙村委会，此后一直属云城街道。[1]
