葵坑村是高埔镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东北部，东面与云落镇、马鞍山农场接壤。据百度百科所载，村子是普宁市南阳山区的第一大行政村。[1][2]

沿革[edit]

新中国成立前，此地属惠来县；此后划归普宁县十一区。1958年公社化时葵坑成为大队，1983年又设乡，1986年组建村委会；1990年一度为管理区，1999年恢复村委会的名称，沿用到今天。[1]

自然与交通[edit]

村下辖14个自然村。崩坎至大坪的公路与梅林至葵坑的公路在村内交会，广汕公路和普惠高速公路沿村而过。村内设有商务直升机场维平机场。[1][2]

葵坑溪流经村境，村内建有丰门水库，库容为127万立方米。[1]

产业与教育[edit]

村内以种植业为主，水稻、甘薯之外，青梅、橄榄、油甘、菠萝等水果较多，是高埔镇的青梅基地之一。村内有信用社、食品加工厂和毛织加工厂等企业。[1][2][3]

村内有葵坑中学与葵坑小学。[2]

荣誉[edit]

葵坑村在2021年9月入选广东省第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村，所列产业为茶叶。[1]
