双丰村位于普宁市区东南约12千米处，早先称双凤围，村落所在的地名为双凤朝阳，村名由此而来。[1]

约三百年前，马姓一支迁来此地创村。[1]

沿革[edit]

新中国成立初，村子属双围乡。1958年公社化时组成一个大队，名称几经变动：1962年一度简化，1981年恢复旧名，1999年改为双丰村委会。[2]

经济[edit]

农业以水稻、甘薯和蔬菜为主，村民多在二、三产业就业。村子属革命老区，普宁大道从村中穿过。[1]
