月窟村位于大坝镇西部，远离镇区，境内有云石岩。[1][3]

据百度百科，明崇祯十六年（1643年）蔡氏由福建莆田迁来建村，因村边水窟月影清澈而得名。村民以蔡姓为主。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年成立人民公社时改设月窟大队；1984年划归大坝区，设月窟乡；1986年划归大坝镇，设月窟村民委员会；1990年设管理区；1999年又改为村民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

云石岩位于云石岩山上，海拔160米，山间有古枫林。上山的石阶共470级，古称「云石樵径」。[1]

维基百科将云石岩列为普宁市的市级文物保护单位，建筑类型属古建筑，1961年公布。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2024年3月，月窟村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
