银坑村是惠来县侨园镇下辖的行政村，村名有两种来历之说。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传村附近虎头山寨（贼寨）散寨时，曾在村驻地的山坑中埋藏三瓮银，故取名「银坑」。另一说是村不远处的山坑底布满白色小石块，似白银元，因此得名。[1]
