圆山村是东港镇的行政村，村域包括圆山、石门、水尾三个自然村。博雅地名网记全村215户、1235人，未注明统计年份。[1]

地名由来[edit]

清中叶，林氏先到此置居，赖氏陆续迁入。村地建在弯曲的低丘陵上，形似蛇行，初名扭地；村旁有一座圆形小山，于是改称圆山。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1973年东港设公社，圆山、水尾、石门三村合为圆山大队。1983年与邻村大队合并组成乡政府；1989年分拆后设圆山管理区，原三村仍在；1999年改称圆山村委会至今。[1]

概况[edit]

耕地共734亩，旱园占30亩；山地约1500亩。村庄属纯农地区，种植水稻、寸豆、荔枝，收入多依靠农业与劳务输出。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村上榜「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。2023年4月，村在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范村创建单位」名单中列名。[1]
