达三圩村位于东陇镇西北部，属纯农村。深汕高速公路与葵和公路穿越村域。村内三个自然村为三圩、车潭与湖栅。[1]

地名由来[edit]

此地古时是圩市。圩北背靠陈厝山，故称陈山圩。圩市靠近惠来都、隆井都、龙溪都的交界处，沟通三都的货物交易，因而雅称“达三圩”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

南宋宝祐至咸淳期间（1253～1270年），夏、薛、陈、吴、洪等姓先后在圩集北侧定居，村子因而以圩名村。[1]

1949年后，村中土改之后先后出现互助组、初级社和高级社。1958年起叫大队；1983年至1986年为达三圩乡政府；1987年至1989年为村委会；1989年至1999年划为达三圩管区；1999年以后是达三圩村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，达三圩村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
