桥观村在仙庵镇东部，沿葵和公路展开，位于深汕高速公路以东，与潮阳相邻，距惠城30公里。[2]村名原为“桥仔头”，因村南一条溪上架有两座小石桥。[2]

地名与历史[edit]

新中国成立后，村里取寨门石匾“桥门观德”中的“桥观”二字作为雅名。[2]

明崇祯年间（1628～1644）创村。1957年属仙庵乡，称桥观村；1958年属东红公社，称桥观大队；1999年起称桥观村委会。[1][3]

人口与经济[edit]

全村总面积约375公顷，耕地420亩，非耕地2876亩，总人口2807人，总户数431户，未注年份。[1][2]

全村收入合计869万元，人均每年1587元，未注年份。经济以渔农为主，种植水稻、番薯、花生等，鱼池养殖约21亩。[2]
